1. Shipping Destinations & Charges

  • Supported Regions: We currently offer shipping services exclusively to the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.) and the Mainland United Kingdom.

  • Excluded Regions:

    • United States: Alaska, Hawaii, offshore US territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

    • United Kingdom: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and British Forces (BFPO) addresses.

  • Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to supported regions.

  • Taxes & Duties: All prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. No additional fees or hidden charges will be applied at checkout or upon delivery.

2. Handling, Transit, and Cut-off Times

All times and schedules are based on London Time.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 3:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

  • Order Processing:
    (Time required for manual quality inspection and packaging before dispatch)

    • 1 – 3 business days.

  • Transit Time:
    (Estimated time from dispatch to your doorstep)

    • 5 – 10 business days.

Total Delivery Estimate: Typically 6 to 13 business days.

Note: Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to local customs clearance speed or changes in international shipping capacity.

Stock Availability & Delays:
In the rare event of a material shortage or restocking delay, we will contact you immediately via email with an updated timeline. You will have the option to either proceed with the order or receive a full refund at no additional cost.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

To ensure safe delivery, we partner with reliable carriers including USPS, Royal Mail, and other local premium couriers. All shipments are sent via trackable services. Your specific tracking details will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email.

4. What Happens After You Place an Order?

  • Step 1: Order Confirmation. Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you don't see it, please check your Spam folder.

  • Step 2: Shipping Confirmation & Live Tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we will send a second email with your Tracking Number. You can track your package in real-time by clicking the link provided.

5. Delivery Accuracy & Unexpected Delays

  • Address Verification: To help us get your package to you safely, please double-check that your name, phone number, and full address (including unit numbers) are accurate at checkout. We may be unable to assist with delivery failures or missing packages resulting from incorrect information provided.

  • External Factors: While we strive for timely arrivals, please understand that factors beyond our control—such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or peak holiday seasons—may occasionally cause delivery delays.
