We specialize in handcrafted jewelry made from natural gemstones.

  • Unique Characteristics: Because we use natural minerals, each stone is unique. Natural textures, internal "ice cracks," or slight color variations are inherent characteristics of natural gemstones and are not considered quality defects.

  • Visual Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be 100% accurate.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your order free of charge as long as it has not been dispatched. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we cannot intercept the delivery. Please follow our standard return process after the package arrives.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

  • Currency: All transactions are strictly listed and settled in USD.

  • Transparent Pricing: Prices are inclusive of standard shipping and all applicable taxes and duties. We do NOT charge hidden handling fees at checkout.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. If digital wallet options (Apple Pay/Google Pay) are not displayed, you can always complete your transaction securely using any major credit or debit card.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days for quality inspection and packaging.

  • Transit Time: 5 – 10 business days from dispatch to your doorstep.

  • Risk of Loss & Accuracy: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession. However, this protection is strictly contingent upon the customer providing an accurate and complete Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
