Returns

At HERELI CURATED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you have a change of heart, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. Please contact us as soon as possible via our "Contact Us" form with your name, order number, and reason for return, and our team will provide you with the return instructions.

Please note: As our products are dispatched from multiple fulfillment centers globally, all returns must be shipped to our designated return warehouse. Please contact us at info@herelicurated.com to obtain the correct return address for your order. Do not ship returns to any other address, as we are unable to process refunds at unauthorized locations.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in:

• Its original packaging
• Brand new, unused, and unworn condition
• With all tags intact and undamaged
• Fully resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet any of the above criteria.

For your peace of mind, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund of your purchase price will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Return shipping postage and any associated customs duties or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, you may request an exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery.

 Shipping Fee: For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending your new replacement item to you. However, the  return shipping cost to mail the original item back to us remains the sole responsibility of the customer.
 Exchange Limit: To ensure fairness, we limit exchanges to one exchange per customer per order. Items received through an exchange are final sale and are not eligible for subsequent exchanges or change-of-mind returns.
• Exchange items must meet the same eligible criteria (original packaging, unused, and tags intact).


Damaged & Defective Items

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. If your order arrives damaged or with any manufacturing issues, we sincerely apologize. Please contact our support team immediately upon receipt at info@herelicurated.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve this for you as a priority, and any return or replacement shipping costs incurred will be fully covered by us.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for items damaged due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or standard wear and tear (your statutory rights remain unaffected).
