We currently offer shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide, including but not limited to: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore.
Shipping is not currently supported to the following countries/regions: Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, Hawaii (USA), Alaska, and US territories.
Shipping Information: Free shipping is available to all supported countries and regions. All shipping costs, customs duties, and VAT are payable by you at checkout. No fees will be charged upon delivery.
Delivery Time: Order Processing: Your order will be carefully inspected and packaged by our workshop within 3 to 7 business days and then shipped. Larger bracelets may have a longer production cycle due to handcrafting; in such cases, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Standard Delivery Time: 10 to 21 business days after shipment. We will use DHL or other international courier companies for shipping.
